DeLena previously sold another property of mine and without a doubt she was going to be the one to list my house for sale. She is very professional and knows everything there is about the real estate market. I had a very type of house and property to sell and I thought it would be a challenge to sell it, since I figured only a few types of people would want my property and house. Listed with DeLena and in 3 weeks with only 8 different showings, I had a contract. Little be known that I had Radon in my basement and she knew the right people to call and get it taken care of.
